    Marsha Clark is an independent consultant who founded her own company in 2000. As an Organization Development Consultant, Marsha has led efforts in the area of change management, leadership development, performance management, executive coaching, meeting facilitation and keynote speaking. Marsha’s work has gained global acclaim, with international clients from the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the UK, Trinidad, India and Canada, all seeking custom solutions. In her last role she served as an assistant to the Chief Operating Officer working in the areas of strategic alliances, performance management, and account operations improvement. Just prior to that role, she had oversight for EDS' Employee Development function, including leadership development, sales development, technical development, compensation, staffing, and global diversity functions.

    Marsha Clark & Associates offers a wide variety of workshops targeted to enhance leadership, team, and individual development. Workshops include such topics as building and sustaining trust, interpersonal relationships, conflict management, courageous conversations, and developing partnerships in organizational systems. Marsha and her staff are certified and experienced in these crucial workplace issues and offer highly interactive learning experiences. Marsha's passion is supporting women in their personal and professional development. She is currently delivering a series of offerings to enable women to explore, discover and optimize their potential. One of the offerings, a 12-month program called the POWER of Self, combines experiential learning and individual coaching, and provides an opportunity for women to gain greater personal clarity and a strategic framework for making more deliberate choices in all dimensions of their lives. Marsha has also co-authored a book with Dottie Gandy entitled Choose! The Role That Choice Plays in Shaping Women's Lives (Brown Books 2004) and has been featured in several other publications regarding accomplished women. In the spirit of ‘paying it forward,’ Marsha serves on the non-profit boards of Journey of Hope, providing grief counseling to children and young adults, and Empowering Women as Leaders, providing college scholarships to non-traditional female students. She has a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C.

    During 30 years in public education Susie has served in a variety of roles; beginning as a special education teacher and finishing her career as a successful campus administrator. She is a true leader in both personal and professional development. Her career in public education was devoted to excellence in teaching and learning, and she achieved excellence through building relationships in order to build capacity. In 2015, Susie retired after 14 years as a principal in Plano, Texas. Susie created her company, Susie Vaughan & Company to pursue her passion for coaching and leadership development. She believes leadership is both a privilege and a responsibility; and strong leaders commit to their own professional growth as well as the growth of those who work for and with them.

    Susie completed her coach training through Results Coaching Global. Susie has been effectively using the coaching model with school district staff and private clients for the past several years.  Susie is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

    Susie first saw the power of coaching as a 2010 participant in Marsha Clark and Associates’ Power of Self program. In response to her own experience with a coach and seeing its’ positive impact on others, she became passionate about coaching as a way to achieve lasting change.

    Susie believes all effective leaders must be learners; so she continues to find ways to grow herself and others. She does this through continued reading and research related to coaching and leadership. She also participates in professional organizations such as the International Coach Federation and the International Coach Federation – North Texas chapter, and The Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. Through Marsha Clark and Associates, she is certified to train in the areas of Courageous Group Conversations and Conflict Management and Enriching Relationships. Susie regularly facilitates professional development for administrators, leaders, and leadership teams. Some topics of particular interest include group trust, high performance teams, and the role and impact of a strong leader.

    Susie holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and a certification from the Principal/Mid Management Program at Texas A&M University at Commerce.

    Dede Stephens started with the Choctaw Nation as a Trainer in 2016. Prior to that, she had 20+ years in the public school system as a School Counselor, Librarian, Teacher, District Test Coordinator and School Psychologist & Psychometrist.

    She has a Master of Education in Library Media Science and a Master of Education in School Counseling from East Central University. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood endorsement from SOSU.

    Dede loves spending time with family and enjoying almost anything outdoors (baseball, softball, fishing, gardening, hunting and cooking for friends and family.) She and husband Travis live in Coleman with three of their four children.

  • Dawn Bonham

    Dawn Bonham has been an Training Associate with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma since 2015, drawing on a fifteen-year career in a variety of challenging learning environments for children, families, and college students. Graduating from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor degree in Sociology and Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, she then completed a Master’s Degree of Science in Human Resources with an emphasis in Administration. Ms. Bonham has a wide and varied background in human development. Her background includes:

    • A Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Specialist since 1994.
    • A Certified Case Manager in Behavioral Health since 1996
    • A certified case worker for children and families who were found to be on the spectrum of autism.
    • A Certified Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Professional.
    • An Adjunct Professor at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in the Behavioral Sciences Department for approximately five years.
    • Ms. Bonham is a Certified Trainer, a Certified Wellness Coach, and recently got her Coaching/Instructor certification in The BrainStyles System®.

    Ms. Bonham combines her experience and knowledge in psychology and Human Resource Administration, as well as experience in business to assist Choctaw participants in an enriched classroom experience.
    Ms. Bonham has four children who range from the ages of 22 to 7. She lives in Durant with three of her children and her fiancé.
